You could use tap water, but this is not recommended as the substance might spoil. Best storage practice is in a cooled space, like a refrigerator.

Orders are sent within 48 hours after purchase.
Orders inside of the EU will arrive on average within a week, but can take up to two weeks if its delayed by the postal service for some reason.
Bulk orders or orders outside of the EU may take a little longer, as we really have to put a lot of effort in to the stealth of our packages.
